Our membership is comprised of owners and/or professional managers of all types of STR’s (Short Term Rentals) who are registered with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC) and have been assigned a hotelier number. These types of accommodations include Studios, Apartments, Homes, Villas, other unique STR's. Shared spaces, such as individual rooms within these accommodation types, are not included.

There is a $75 membership fee due upon sign up.

Only applicants with a hotelier number will receive membership status. Applicants with pending approval status from PRTC will be awarded conditional membership.

Affiliate Members

Suppliers, Vendors, and Service Providers to the STR industry who support our vision and our mission.

Applicants from related industries will receive an affiliate membership status. Please highlight the section of the form below that applies to you (Individual Owner, Professional Manager, Industry Service Provider or Supporter)
